Privacy Policy

Based on Article 13(1) and (2) or Article 14(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, we inform you about the manner and purpose for which we process your personal data, as well as your data protection rights, as follows:

 

  1. The administrator of your data is Stowarzyszenie Słowian i Wikingów Wolin-Jomsborg-Vineta, with HQ in Recław 37, 72-510 Wolin, KRS 0000100835, phone number: 693391543, e-mail: stowarzyszenie@jomsborg-vineta.com and it is represented by a council. 
  2. Your data will be processed to realise rights and duties connected to processes before and after concluding a contract based on the Art. 6 act. 1 point b) GDPR 
  3. When buying tickets online, where it is necessary to pay online, to conclude a contract it is obligatory to give personal data like first and last name and e-mail address to an intermediary responsible for payments. 
  4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but not providing it will result in an inability to conclude the contract. Providing and/or processing can be obligatory based on the Art. 6 act. 1 point c GDPR, in the scope of e.g. taxes and contributions, data archiving, public tenders etc. 
  5. The receiver of your data will be institutions authorised by operation of law, and in special cases, the Administrator can forward/entrust your data to other subjects. 
  6. The reason for forwarding or entrusting data is legal regulations ensuring the safety of given data and contracts regarding the safety. 
  7. We do not foresee forwarding the data to third-party countries. 
  8. You have a right to demand from the Administrator access to your data, the right to correct, limit processing abilities, withdraw consent to processing data, and delete and move your data. 
  9. If processing your data is based on consent, you have a right to withdraw it at any given moment without affecting the law of processing, on which basis the consent was given, without withdrawing it. 
  10. Your data will not be subjected to automatised decision-making (decisions without the participation of a human), which includes data being profiled. 
  11. You have a right to complain to the right to the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office [Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych]; when you conclude that the ways your data is processed are breaking the GDPR clause.
