Terms and conditions of purchasing the tickets online refer to the rules for buying entry tickets to Slavs and Vikings Center Wolin-Jomsborg-Vineta through a website available at: www.bilety.jomsborg-vineta.com
Purchasing entry tickets to Slavs and Vikings Center Wolin-Jomsborg-Vineta through the website is possible only after accepting the given terms and conditions. Details about the Center are available on the website: www.jomsborg-vineta.com/regulamin-zwiedzania-skansenu

§ 2. Acquiring tickets for individuals

Sales online refer to tickets: normal, reduced, group normal, group reduced.
A NORMAL ticket is a ticket for an adult who is not qualified for any discounts.
A REDUCED ticket is a ticket for a person who qualifies for a discount with an appropriate document e.g. children, students, people with disabilities, seniors and pensioners.
For groups of at least ten people, a GROUP TICKET—NORMAL ticket and GROUP TICKET—REDUCED are available.
To a FREE ENTRY entitled are:

Residents of Wolin municipality, with a proper document signed by the mayor of Wolin (ID, school ID). Free entry is available only on weekends excluding Experimental Archeology Workshops and the Festival of Slavs and Vikings
kids before their 5th birthday
guides, teachers, pilots, and drivers of organised groups (1 free entry for every 10 group members)
caregivers of people with disabilities who need assistance with walking (wheelchair users and blind people)

When buying a ticket, you must pick the day of the visit and the type of ticket and then input buyer data: first and last name, phone number, and e-mail. You can register or choose to buy without registration. The last step is to pick a payment method and finish the transaction.
Forwarding the ticket to another person after entering the museum is forbidden
Returning a ticket bought online is generally not possible. Complaints will be accepted only in the following cases:

cancellation of an event
closing of the museum on a given day for a variety of reasons

Tickets can be bought 30 minutes before closing at the latest.
Staying on the grounds of Slavs and Vikings Center Wolin-Jomsborg-Vineta after closing is only possible with a permit from the association's management.
If a buyer wants to receive a tax invoice they can check the box with “I want to receive an invoice”. Before entering the museum, the buyer can also ask for the invoice in the ticket office in front of the museum gate.
Before completing the payment we advise checking on the retailer's website, if your bank is on the list of available banks. You can also pay via a card accepted in the sales system.
Payment via the ePrzelewy website needs to be completed immediately.
Each transaction of buying online tickets for individual people ends in sending the tickets via the provided email address. The ticket should be printed or shown on an electronic device screen.
Tickets bought online allow entry on a specific day chosen while purchasing.
Association Centrum Słowian i Wikingów Wolin-Jomsborg-Vineta does not refund unused tickets. Changing of date is also not possible.
The customer is responsible for properly printing and showing the tickets and protecting them, which are already in their inbox. It is not possible to receive a ticket a second time.
Complaints are accepted 7 days after purchase via e-mail at stowarzyszenie@jomsborg-vineta.com, and they will be considered in 14 calendar days.
Association Centrum Słowian i Wikingów Wolin-Jomsborg-Vineta reserves a right to verify entitlement to reduced tickets and to change given terms and conditions.
